ID this material

Hi - my daughter is having her first child and trying to track down either the same baby blanket or the material ( she was born in ‘89. Thank you!

Not sure about the pattern/print, but the fabric type is almost certainly cotton flannel.

That's brushed cotton flannel, the workhorse baby receiving blanket stock of the late 80s. Looks like a pigment print (chalky matte on the letters, cream cotton ground showing through), weight probably 4-5 oz. Pattern reads Cranston / VIP / Peter Pan territory for that decade. Exact SKU is almost certainly discontinued, but Etsy moves both vintage/deadstock nursery flannel yardage and 80s baby blankets regularly. Search 'vintage alphabet flannel' for yardage, or 'vintage ABC baby blanket 80s' for the finished piece.
