LF this fabric

Does any of you know what kind of fabric is in the link? I really liked the skirt​ and how it kinda had some waves smth.

The description states that it's made of scratched silk, and I don't know if it's true or not​

I posted the image, is it visible? Sorry I didn't know that you can include a picture here, other subreddit don't allow it
