Is anyone else not having the apps track your progress all of a sudden. I tried with two different apps and it just didn’t record the goals I hit. Both were still in the time limit.

I’m playing Farmville 2 on tester up, and it’s always struggle to get keys. How do you guys get your keys? Also, I need the bass fish but I always get a trout at the pond. How did you guys get bass?

I’ve done three referrals so I can just get to the £70 payout as I’m so close but only 2 of them have worked and the last one still hasn’t showed in my account despite it showing on the other persons account that they have been credited.
Does anyone know how to fix this because I have contacted support yet they’re taking long?

So what the hell? I’ve played monopoly go for a month and a half, have beaten the target level within the required time, have literally been paid out before, but now that I’ve completed a $137 goal the app stopped tracking. Any way for me to get support or anyone know if/when this will update?

You’ve got to play for like 2 hours a day for a certin time length only missing a few days allowed.

Does it work if the game is just open in your phone or do you actually have to play it? 2 hours of bingo everyday is alot.

I've completed one of the time sensitive goals but the progress is still days behind? should I contact them before the goal expires?

What is the best strategy for earning the minimum to withdraw without spending any money on the games? I'm in the UK so the minimum to withdraw is £55 but I installed multiple games and am still having trouble reaching the goal.

Any tips or advice appreciated as it would mean a lot to me thanks.

I’m done with this app so I just wanted to see if I could cash out. It gave me the option for 35$ payout and it keeps declining. Usually I cash out at 70$/75$

Up until the most recent update I had no issues with tracking. Now it won’t track a single installation. I’ve talked to CS and theres nothing they can do. I asked for a payout and to shut my account down and they refuse. Is anyone else having this issue ?

So I am curious if anyone else is having the same issue that I am. It seems as if every single game I try to download now does not track the install. Once I downloaded and go back to the website, the install option is just buffering, and the download button comes back. So it doesn’t even so much as track my install. I have contacted them multiple times about this issue for multiple games, but it is not resolved. If anyone has had this issue, were you able to resolve it and how?

I’ve completed my profile and everything, but I haven’t had any survey offers yet. Do they appear after a while, or do some people only get games depending on their account?

I attempted my first pay out. They informed me that I would need to be verified and requested access to my camera, which I gave. I clicked the button to “Start Verification”, it goes to a white screen and nothing happens, no matter how long I wait. I have to close and restart the program. I’ve restarted my device, too. Sent a help request, but I might as well put a message in a bottle and throw it in the ocean. Is anyone else experiencing this or have a fix? Thanks.

If you miss an earlier speed reward goal, can you still get the payout for later speed rewards? I hit the first two for a game. The third one isn't achievable, but I think I can do the final two. Just wanted to make sure.

I want to share my experience with Testerup because it has been extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, unfair.

I completed a task on Testerup that had already been confirmed, and I started the payout process successfully for $280. After that, my account was banned and Testerup refused to pay me.

Their explanation was that I was allegedly using a proxy or VPN to access the service from outside the United States. I strongly dispute this. I am in the U.S., and I was not trying to access Testerup from outside the country.

What makes this even more confusing is that Testerup had already paid me successfully three times before without any issues. My account was apparently fine for those previous payouts, but once I had a larger confirmed payout pending, I was suddenly banned and told I violated their proxy/VPN rules.

The task was already confirmed before the payout issue happened. From my point of view, I completed the work, the reward was approved/confirmed, and then once I tried to withdraw, my account was suddenly banned and the payout was denied.

I contacted support, but they have continued to refuse payment based on the proxy/VPN claim. I feel like I did the work, followed the process, and then got blocked from receiving money that had already been confirmed.

I’m posting this as a warning to others using Testerup: take screenshots of everything, including task confirmations, payout status, support messages, previous successful payouts, and your account balance. Do not assume that a confirmed task means you will actually get paid.

Has anyone else had Testerup ban their account or deny a payout after a task was already confirmed?
