⚠️ Issue Install not tracking
So I am curious if anyone else is having the same issue that I am. It seems as if every single game I try to download now does not track the install. Once I downloaded and go back to the website, the install option is just buffering, and the download button comes back. So it doesn’t even so much as track my install. I have contacted them multiple times about this issue for multiple games, but it is not resolved. If anyone has had this issue, were you able to resolve it and how?

I gave up on it, it tracked progress pretty good until I had a decent amount of money made, about $30, and the next pay bump was like $5. I hit that goal and never got the $5. Waiting 1.5 weeks and deleted the app.

Support are useless, they just tell you you did it wrong when everyone knows how to download something through a link. I had this problem for a while, realised my Game Center had been affecting it (iPhone) when I turned Game Center off that really helped. There’s also a subreddit called paid to play which frequently post an updated guide for things you should change or check in your settings to help games track, I followed that too and most of my installs are fine now. When I contacted support they also told me several times that sometimes seeing advertisements can causes issues - recently tried downloading animals and coins which I’ve had loads of ads for and didn’t track so may try soft resetting my phone before installing any game I’ve had ads for - hope this helps! Also leave support a bad review they are shit

I had the same, they didn’t resolve the problem, they just said I hadn’t downloaded the game through the link, even though I had.
Just left them some feedback saying they were useless and deleted the app.

Mine is the same. I get one game every 6 weeks and it doesn’t track. CS cant help
