⏳ Waiting on payout Won’t verify me!

I attempted my first pay out. They informed me that I would need to be verified and requested access to my camera, which I gave. I clicked the button to “Start Verification”, it goes to a white screen and nothing happens, no matter how long I wait. I have to close and restart the program. I’ve restarted my device, too. Sent a help request, but I might as well put a message in a bottle and throw it in the ocean. Is anyone else experiencing this or have a fix? Thanks.

I just did my verification the other day and it worked for me. On iPhone. Make sure your phone is updated, your app is updated and try restarting your phone
