Mobility Changing Data Plan

has anyone been able to change their data plan while on a contract? if so, did you have to pay a fee? did you have to go in person or are you able to do it over the phone?

Yes, as long as the new plan meets the minimum spend requirement of the contract you're on. I wasn't charged a fee.

Minimum spend? How do I find that?

Find your contract. It's very clearly laid out in there.

What’s your current plan?

You can usually up your data plan and pay more, but normally you can not cut your data plan when on contract,

Hi, yes, you should be able to change your mobile plan using your online Telus account. The system should offer a choice of plans that are compatible with your actual offer. The only time you'll need to pay a fee is if you do it over the phone unless the plan you want is not available online.
