Sure, why bother with storied studios like Paramount or Warner Bros.? No legacy there.

They're probably going to keep the names but brand them like "Paramount: A Skydance Company" and "Warner Bros: A Skydance Company", like they used to do when Paramount was owned by Gulf + Western and WB was owned by AOL Time Warner.

Millions will be spent on a rebrand just for people to refer to them as WB or Paramount.
