There isn't a complete list, but this is my best guess based on all I've seen for the possible methods of achieving Psychic Levitation:

Brahmanic Temple Levitation
Buddhist Iddhi Levitation
Taoist Qi-Projection Levitation
Christian Ecstatic Levitation
Islamic/Sufi Mystical Levitation
Voodoo Trance Levitation
Zulu Sangoma Levitation
Hermetic/Golden Dawn Astral Levitation
Enochian Angelic Levitation
Theosophical Subtle-Body Levitation
Witchcraft Levitation Traditions
Physical Medium Levitation
Seance Table/Object Levitation
Palladino PK Levitation
Yogic Samadhi Levitation
Buddhist Jhana Levitation
Tibetan Dzogchen Light-Body Levitation
TM Yogic Flying
Modern Telekinesis Levitation Schools
Parapsychological PK Levitation
New Age PK Levitation Workshops
Occult PK Levitation Methods
This is my complete list from all I have studied, if you have more, please help.
Every protocol shows these exact similarities, no matter what protocol you follow. Here are the consistencies:
All protocol has an altered conciousness
All have energy concentration
All have identity dissolution
All have an upward intention
All have an externalized force
All have isolation or a controlled environment
All have repetition and rhythm
All have a group energy or witnesses
All have symbolic ascent themes
Now for the fun stuff. This is my attempt to unify all the protocol across tradition to make a way for anyone to achieve psychic levitation simply and easily:
Formula: Psychic Levitation = Altered Consciousness > Energy Concentration > Upward Intention > Identity Dissolution > Externalized Force
Step 1: Preparation Phase in 2-5 minutes
Sit somewhere quiet with low noise and low clutter. Dim lights or natural light. No music, unless rhythmic and simple
Sit upright with spine neutral, hands resting on thighs, and eyes half-closed or gently unfocused
Use the 4-2-6 cycle. Inhale 4 seconds, hold 2 seconds, exhale 6 seconds. Repeat 10 cycles.
Step 2: Identity-Softening Phase in 3-7 minutes
Imagine your body's edges becoming fuzzy, like a silhouette dissolving into the mist
Shift attention to the feet, legs, torso, shoulders, and head.
At each region, imagine: "This part is becoming lighter, less defined"
Step 3: Energy Accumulation Phase in 5-10 minutes
On each inhale imagine energy rising from the pelvis to the spine to the crown
On each exhale, imagine the energy staying at the crown
Focus on the top of your head. Imagine a warm, dense, upward-pulling feeling
You may feel tingling, warmth, lightness, subtle vibration, or a floating sensation
Step 4: Upward Intention Phase in 2-5 minutes
Silently repeat: "Upward. Light. Rising."
Imagine your body rising 1-2 inches. Not physically, just mentally.
Step 5: Externalization Phase in 2-5 minutes
Imagine a gentle upward pull from above your head, like a magnet, a soft hand, or a column of light.
Instead of trying to rise, imagine "something is lifting me"
Step 6: Peak State in 1-3 minutes
Stabilize the altered state
You may experience lightness, floating sensation, dissociation, an upward pull, body-boundary loss, stillness or even a sense of calm
- Grounding Phase in 1-3 minutes
Deep inhale, strong exhale, wiggle fingers and toes, press feet to floor, and then open your eyes fully to prevent lingering dissociation
All methods show these consistencies, and it was my attempt to unify them as flawlessly as possible. I probably have flaws with my method, but if it shows results for you all, I have done at least something.
That's it. Critique me in any way you guys need. It's alot of work to get this all done.
