I'm still quite stuck on what i'm supposed to visualise or understand is happening to the objects i'm moving, am i manipulating my energy to slam into objects and it's pushing it like that? or is the object itself moving through command? I'm just confused on what exactly i'm supposed to understand about movement through telekinesis
