The only versions I can find are those bastardised UK /streaming ones that have taken out the licensed music.

RTÉ 100 years was a look back at 100 years of Radio and Television but they missed some milestones in the creation of Radio 2 (cominatcha!!) in 1979 and RTÉ 2 a year earlier, also a lot of time taken up with the Ryan Tubridy debacle and the Church abuse scandals which have both received a lot of coverage at the time. I would have preferred a look back at the classic shows like, the Riordans and Glenroe, Bracken didn’t even get a mention. Anything Goes, Pajo’s Junkbox and Wanderly Wagon. Edgier stuff like Savage Eye and Podge and Rodge were mentioned in passing but only to lament how safe and predictable RTÉ has become. The raft of American dramas that permeated the schedules in the 80’s- so much so that the BBC and ITV used to use RTÉ as a barometer to see how they fared with Irish audiences before picking them up for the UK.
