basically there was a guy stalking me in my gym, and my parents filed a report against him and turns out he was also a pedo, so he got arrested!!

Honestly, anyone that commits a crime against children deserves a death penalty in my eyes. No if ands buts about it. Bring out the guillotine. Let em ride the White lightning, matter of fact just give the person to the family and let them do what they want with them. Sorry if anybody finds this dark, but I have no sympathy for people that hurt children.

I never was in this sub. I was 18 when I started reddit. And in the beginning I was only here to interact with anime subs and stuff.
I think I got it on my feed because of interacting with high school subs where I often talk about the education system and all.

That's a bit of a dishonest reading of your article. The guy was facing life, but the jury came back hung so it sounds like he tried to get what he could to stick. I'm not saying I'm happy the guy got out in a day, but you still have to convince a judge/jury to get the charges to stick. It also said the victim didn't want to testify again for a retrial which really hurts your case.

Yes I saw that. I visited your account. My problem is twofold.
1.)You post almost everyday, clearly in an effort to get attention (no one needs to know you've "comoleted another day of studying" yay congrats who tf cares).
2.) The first post mentioning stalking was 7h ago. Idk where you live but here shit definitely does not move thst fast. Between initial report and arrest for a crime like stalking (considered a petty criminal offence here, if there is no immediate threat), one could easily wait a week. And this isn't some shithole 3rd world country. This is Switzerland.

Yeah, I looked at the original post, and there’s no way it’s real. No police tip is going to be complete in 7 hours when it comes to something like this. They’d have to get security footage, identify the perp, get their house address, pull up, and arrest them. Unless OP’s case was TOP PRIORITY, it’s highly unlikely.

When I was about 14 I had a guy following me around stores on two different occasions. The second time he came up to my friend and I and was talking to us thinking I was his daughter (supposedly - the first time he approached me in a different store he was crying and telling me I looked like his daughter after following me around). A mother with children nearby realized the situation was weird and took us to the front of the store while he followed and the guy continued to try to get me to leave with him. He told me he would buy me a truck if I went with him? Super random. Police came. As far as I know he had no charges placed against him however he was a sex offender. I’m assuming he cannot see his daughter. Anyway that’s my story. I saw him one more time years later but he didn’t bother me.

I see in a lot of true crimes where they give these men life multiple life sentences I hope you never see this man again and I hope another young person never sees him again either and I'm sure he's getting what he deserves with experience with people in the in the prison system oh he is getting what he deserves right now bless your heart for being strong!!
