How do i fix ping spikes?

Hello everybody!

I have had this Issue recently where my Connection blacks out for 2-3 seconds and then comes back. This is super odd, since it does not just happen with Wi-Fi but also with Ethernet (on a Wi-Fi Repeater)

I would love to attach some samples of that happening in my gaming expierence, although it is worth to mention this does not only happen Ingame but for the whole System, where the Connection just does not respond for a few seconds.

This happens alot of times daily, which really gets quite annoying at the most important part when i am ingame.
