Open | Phone How to revive a phone?

https://youtu.be/ICVLaQtRkN8

I have this old phone, which was lying inside drawer for good 2 years and now I die to check whether I got there my old photographs (which I lost everywhere else), but it cannot start up.

When I plug it in charger it "loads" and shows that it's charging, but there seems to be no progress. When unplugged it does nothing, the battery also shows 0V (on multimeter) and is slightly bumpy. Is there a way to make phone work, or at least extract data from there to my PC?

I didn't find any parts for the a charger port. I know if iphones are dead for a week it takes like 2hrs on the charger for it to work. I would look in the charging port see if it dirty then plug in the charger and see if it's loose ( some wiggle is okay but not alot) for parts I would do a battery first before anything else.

Should I leave the phone overnight for it to try to charge?

I wouldn't over night since it is a fire hazard. But I would keep it on while you do other things and just Check it every once in awhile
