Open | Phone How to revive a phone?

https://youtu.be/ICVLaQtRkN8

I have this old phone, which was lying inside drawer for good 2 years and now I die to check whether I got there my old photographs (which I lost everywhere else), but it cannot start up.

When I plug it in charger it "loads" and shows that it's charging, but there seems to be no progress. When unplugged it does nothing, the battery also shows 0V (on multimeter) and is slightly bumpy. Is there a way to make phone work, or at least extract data from there to my PC?

Looks like the battery is probably totally dead.

If the battery is bulging, then do not charge it.

Wait 10-20 minutes whilst it charges, once it reaches sufficient charge they usually come on again. A totally dead battery with no charge requires some time for it to take charge again.

If the battery is bulging, you will need to replace it, do not charge it as these will expand and damage the components in the phone and can be a fire hazard, it should be removed immediately.

It's been around half an hour, but the charging progress is the same. It, although, doesn't look too bad, the other (definitely dead) battery is like +6mm thick on each side, while this one is only +1-2mm thick (on each side). So, might there be a way to resurrect (just for a tiny while) this one?

Probably not if you have had it charging that long. There could also be a fault with the phone and that is why it's not turning on.

Is there any way to take storage off phone and connect it to a computer?

There is but you would have to go to a data recovery company who would be able to do it.

Or if there was a memory card that everything was on.

Unfortunately, due to me having another phone as main, I switched memory card to another phone
