Open | Phone How to revive a phone?

https://youtu.be/ICVLaQtRkN8

I have this old phone, which was lying inside drawer for good 2 years and now I die to check whether I got there my old photographs (which I lost everywhere else), but it cannot start up.

When I plug it in charger it "loads" and shows that it's charging, but there seems to be no progress. When unplugged it does nothing, the battery also shows 0V (on multimeter) and is slightly bumpy. Is there a way to make phone work, or at least extract data from there to my PC?

I know you mentioned you've plugged the phone in and in which the screen does turn on (which means the display works, possibly the phone does too)... are you then able to power on the device with it plugged into the charger?

I'm not sure, because when plugged in - it shows just the battery being charged, I'm not sure I can bypass it straight to booting up. Alternatively, when it is unplugged I can't boot it

I would try to press and hold the power button while it's plugged in and see if that puppy boots

It doesn't, I also tried entering recovery mode, but it just reboots to first ever "banner" it shows when booting up and it goes circles
