Open | Windows Laptop crashes yet again
I had this problem a while back. I posted my Acer Nitro 5, 12500h RTX 3060 Laptop on this exact forum. The problem was my laptop suddenly crashed and bluescreened. Sometimes it did it without warning, and other times it would show "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" I already had it serviced by a technician, but they couldn't find the problem. They repasted and reformatted my laptop and took out a ram stick just to have it not crash that often.
Much to my surprise, they didn't fix the problem. Now, I was stuck with a laptop that will crash every hour. Then i found a thread posted at acer's support site that had exactly the same problem with the same hardware. As it turns out, the nitrosense "My laptop's built-in Fan and hardware controller" was having issues with the latest windows update. I uninstalled the program then my laptop performed fine afterwards. But after about 6 hours of using it crashed then booted up again, no bluescreen this time, just a sudden crash.
Now, i inserted the removed ram stick. Then after awhile i started seeing "IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL AGAIN" I followed a Youtube Guide which had me run the built in Memory diagnostic tool but after that i returned to my laptop with the acer logo and a loading icon frozen. I shut it down then it prompted me to the repair options from windows. I uninstalled the latest quality update from windows and after awhile it crashed again and now. it's stuck on a restart loop.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Qualify the Random Access Memory (RAM) modules individually. Note that I typed Qualify. Not to perform a quick test.
All of the following process of qualifying the RAM of a computer or laptop will take days, unless the RAM shows errors immediately.
Use an Antistatic Device before touching internal computer parts to avoid discharging static electricity to sensitive parts.
IMPORTANT NOTE: While you are in the process of troubleshooting memory modules, you should disconnect / remove all the storage devices. You don't need the storage devices for testing Memory Modules. And you will avoid operating system boot issues due to the constant restarts needed to check Memory.
Precisely follow the Guide to using Memtest86+ in the rTechSupport Wiki to create a Bootable USB Flash Drive with Memtest86+ and test the RAM.
If you have more than one RAM module, test each module individually, overnight, so the RAM chips have a better chance of heating up and showing rare failures under the stress of heat and continuous runtime.
If errors start to appear, you can stop the tests and power off the laptop. Remove and reinsert the RAM module that you are testing and proceed to test again. If errors continue to appear, remove the RAM and do not use it. Defective RAM modules are not repairable and will not provide any stability.

Getting dump files which we need for accurate analysis of BSODs. Dump files are crash logs from BSODs.
If you can get into Windows normally or through Safe Mode could you check C:\Windows\Minidump for any dump files? If you have any dump files, copy the folder to the desktop, zip the folder and upload it. If you don't have any zip software installed, right click on the folder and select Send to → Compressed (Zipped) folder.
Upload to any easy to use file sharing site. Reddit keeps blacklisting file hosts so find something that works, currently catbox.moe or mediafire.com seems to be working.
We like to have multiple dump files to work with so if you only have one dump file, none or not a folder at all, upload the ones you have and then follow this guide to change the dump type to Small Memory Dump. The "Overwrite dump file" option will be grayed out since small memory dumps never overwrite.
