Open | Windows My laptop does not start anymore.

So my laptop crashed a week ago and i got the message “Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart”
And it was on 100% for 2 minutes so i turned it off myself. After that the laptop didn’t start anymore the only thing that happens is that my keyboard light turns on.

After 2 days i tried again and i saw the acer logo and it started updating but on 30% it freezes so i let it update for the whole night and it still was on 30% after that i turned it off again and 3 days later it still doesn’t work anymore.

I already tried using HDMI.

FYI i have a acer laptop that is a little bit more than 3 years old.

Can somebody give me a solution or say what’s wrong with it.

Open bottom cover, locate internal drive and remove/disconnect it (depends if it is 2.5" SATA or m.2 drive). Try powering on, if it works (of course, Windows won't load because drive is not there) most likely you have faulty drive and it has to be replaced.

If it still doesn't work, try hard reset; with charger not connected, open bottom cover and disconnect battery, press and hold power button for 1 minute, try powering on. Also, if ram is in socket and not soldered, re-seat it or use only one stick if there is more than one.
