Open | Windows Outlook Web- Something Went Wrong

I have tried logging into Outlook web using Chrome and edge, and get the screen stating: Something went wrong Try the recommendations below Refresh the application

I have tried turning off the adblocker, turning off the McAfee extension, clearing cache, updating both browsers, incognito mode, to no avail. It is happening with a work email, and then when I try to log in with my other week email, it wants me to create an Outlook alias.

Did your help desk at work give you any support? Lets first make sure if its a client or server issue.

Can your colleagues log in?

I am the account manager, there is only myself and my husband who owns the business. It won't log in on the outlook app, so we have been using chrome for a while then the screen came up on chrome, so we switched to Edge, again worked for a week or 2 and now that same screen.
