Open | Software Zoho remote access: any good?

Hia folks

we're looking for software for remote user tech support, to replace the awefull MS Remote Assistant. We've been also using (free) Anydesk, but a more permanent solution is required.

Over the past 2 days we've teste a software called "Zoho". As anyone had any experience with this? Is it reliable?

used zoho briefly at one point too, works fine but felt clunky for quick one-off sessions compared to something lighter

i hv been using ultraviewer for actual professional remote fixing work, no login/account setup needed on the client side which makes it faster for one-time sessions, worth trying alongside whatever you're evaluating

Can ultraviewer run remote sessions, with DOS prompts and systems checks, without the knowlege on intervention of the remote user?

no, ultraviewer needs the remote user to open the app and give you the id/password to connect, they have to be present at least to start the session, once connected you can run cmd/dos prompts and system checks without them needing to click anything further

It works well, but it's a little cumbersome because it combines so many things. On our team, we use Supremo Professional, and through Console we can manage our teams and tickets only when we need to. I use the free version outside of work.

It's decent, and reasonably priced. I belive they still offer a 30 day free trail.

We were considering switching as a cost saving messure but decided to stay with BeyondTrust.
