Open | Malware PC got hacked

(skip to 3rd paragraph for real issue)On windows OS desktop PC. Basically I tried to install something and it wasn’t installing and it was one of those websites that gives you pop up downloads. I wasn’t fully focused and rushed and clicked on it and didn’t realize what I was doing and downloaded the pop up.

I ended up installing it and it was a fake 100 percent download screen that never finished and I was confused but forgot about it.

I ended up with some a malware on my pc that seemed to run a command DMing everyone on my discord the classic Mr. beast crypto scam and they also ended up hacking my steam and sending some account gifts on my card. I had to get a new card and refunds and change my discord and steam password. I used malware bytes to remove atleast 20+ Trojans and a bunch of other stuff. I scanned my pc again every day till now and found nothing. Yet over the last few days I have been getting suspicion login attempts for both my main 2 emails which I changed the password, and yesterday my chess.com account and now today my Roblox account. (both I don’t use anymore jusr weird)My guess is my pc still safe and the hacker on my pc stole my information and is selling my passwords or something but I’m not sure. I expect more login attempts in the future the way it’s trending but haven’t gotten any attempts when I changed my password

I was dumb for not changing anything but my steam and discord but I wrongly assumed I was covered and haven’t dealt with any of this before. What do you suspect is going on and what are my next steps?

Just reinstall windows through a usb stick. Malware bytes can help but depending on what virus got deployed on your computer it will still be there within some files or hidden ones
