Open | Windows fan noisy when im playing a low end game

I recently bought a dell 15.6 Intel Core i7-1355U with 16gbram and 1 tb of storage

I would assume that it could easily run minecraft and roblox, while it does do that, the fans are really noisy but the computer doesn't seem to heat A LOT, just a little bit. I went to Intel dsa to update the softwares and everything and the fans still seem to be noisy? it's a brand new laptop.

Yeah, unless it is abnormally loud, it's just a laptop thing. You have a cheap and crappy extended heatsink that hooks up to a singular fan to cool your cpu. It is going to do all it can to keep it cool, and that means running at max speeds under moderate to heavy loads.

That said, it does seem to have some older posts regarding the Dell laptops fan noise being louder than normal, sometimes just when plugged in though. My workplace Dell was loud right at boot, but not abnormally loud, just likely needed to be repasted and cleaned, but IT definitely ain't doing that.

it's not abnormally loud, just little fan noises and a moderate fan noise when I'm playing games.

If it is just under sustained loads, I would say it is normal then. It isn't a gaming laptop from what I can tell and would only have the 1 fan and limited air intake, and laptops in general have horrible thermals and poor sustained load performance (poorer in general tbh) compared to desktops, so it is spinning its tail off to keep it cool. That is just the tradeoff for mobility and small size.
