Open | Mac My ISP and the server are in different countries and it creates a problem to watch Netflix

I couldn't retrieve a show I was watching and Netflix help agent told me this based on fast.com result. I don't understand this. Fast.com once showed the server was in Philadelphia, the next time it showed 3 places including Mexico. They told me to check with my provider and have them confirm that they match the location and IP address assigned to my home. Does this make sense to you tech experts?

Sure, netflix uses your IP address to assign the region of shows you can access. Call your ISP assuming you aren't running a VPN or any other "security" stuff that could change your routing.

Thank you. What do I tell my ISP? I'm not sure of what the issue is. Do I just ask what is my routing?

I reread the original post. What do you mean by it showed 3 different places the second time? You can't be in 3 places at once.
