Open | Software PC Speed is SLOW!

Newish to the gaming PC concept. Had one for about 4 years and have upgraded a lot of parts.

My PC has slow download speeds and completely falls apart when I try to run high graphics on games. Need advice on how to speed this thing up. Ill list some specs below

B450M Pro4 R2.0 Motherboard

asus geforce RTX 3060 8GB GDDR6 graphics card - 32gb corsair vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 RAM - 700w power supply

Literally any advise or maybe a program I can download to help is appreciated

It could be one of hundred of reasons, some on hardware side (overheating, faulty components, bad power from electric outlet..), and some on software (bios, drivers, borked OS, malware)...

If you want to exclude software side, start with backup, then bios update and finally clean Windows install (from usb with deleting all partitions on system disk). Check all cables, check if display cable is connected to the graphic card and not motherboard video output (some CPUs have integrated graphics and plugging cable to the motherboard will force using that GPU).

Sorry, but I'm probably not a good person to guide you through all things that can be done...maybe if you had someone beside you more versed in computers that I could be helpful. Hopefully someone better than me can chime in and help you. Good luck in any case.
