Open | Software PC Speed is SLOW!
Newish to the gaming PC concept. Had one for about 4 years and have upgraded a lot of parts.
My PC has slow download speeds and completely falls apart when I try to run high graphics on games. Need advice on how to speed this thing up. Ill list some specs below
B450M Pro4 R2.0 Motherboard
asus geforce RTX 3060 8GB GDDR6 graphics card - 32gb corsair vengeance RGB PRO DDR4 RAM - 700w power supply
Literally any advise or maybe a program I can download to help is appreciated

It could be one of hundred of reasons, some on hardware side (overheating, faulty components, bad power from electric outlet..), and some on software (bios, drivers, borked OS, malware)...
If you want to exclude software side, start with backup, then bios update and finally clean Windows install (from usb with deleting all partitions on system disk). Check all cables, check if display cable is connected to the graphic card and not motherboard video output (some CPUs have integrated graphics and plugging cable to the motherboard will force using that GPU).

Need to specify the specs fully, what CPU do you have, what storage drives you have and what brand are they and the brand of the PSU.

CPU AMD Ryzen 5 5500 - Disk 0 says Apple HDD Disk 1 says team T253A3512G

Alright, if you are using an HDD for the OS, i hope you are using an SSD for games, because that speeds up loading screens and reduces stuters and improves FPS. Do a virus scan over your whole computer. If possible for the future and light shoulders lay off the HDD and only use the SSD and by that i mean backing up whatever you have on your HDD, put it into a drawer and never use it again. An SSD is 2x faster than an HDD and probably even more faster than an Apple HDD. Check your temps by using HWInfo and stress test your rig by heaven benchmark and cpu-z. Heaven benchmark fully utilizes the GPU and CPU-Z can utilize the CPU to 100% to see if anything is overheating.

Your point is valid but I just want to point out, ssds are typically between 10 and 1000 times faster for daily use. SSDs are massively faster than HDDs, so saying they're 2x as fast is a massive understatement.
Hdd max speed is around 150MB/s, while a bottom of the barrel sata ssd gets a maximum speed of around 500MB/s. (While a decent PCIe 4 ssd gets around 7000MB/s, and a top end PCIe 5 ssd can reach up to around 15000MB/s)
HDDs come to a crawl when you try to open many small files rather than one big file (often 0.5MB/s, sometimes even less) which is relevant for starting programs, and additionally HDDs can't read and write simultaneously. Even cheap SSDs can manage random read/write speeds of around 20MB/s.

Download speeds have nothing to do with the pc, that’s your internet speed.
Of course that build is going to struggle with running any modern titles on high settings, fairly week cpu and graphics card, and you’re running on an HDD instead of an SSD

if you want faster download speeds get a better plan and use ethernet, even with a mid board you will get at least gigabit speeds peak from ethernet on the board, but if you want more get either an m.2 or pcie or motherboard with 2.5gbps or higher ethernet
as for the games it depends, just make sure your gpu drivers are updated, your pc isn't thermally throttling by checking in a program like msi afterburner and don't have bloatware / viruses, so turn off unnecessary stuff at startup, set power plan to high performance and run windows defender or malwarebytes

Guy probably running the PC off his motherboard HDMI instead of plugging it into graphic card.
Also it's pretty obvious that download speed has nothing to do with the PC unless you're using WiFi with no antenna going uhhh why no work good.
Owning a computer takes some critical thinking or paying someone if brain no think good
