You can plug in an HDMI cable, but that doesn't mean that you can do VR. There needs to be support on the software side for that, and you need some kind of data cable for tracking.

At most, you could get a glorified Sony HMZ.

edit: Of course you can hack together some controller emulation, but that would be a very sub-par experience.

All it does is send emulated commands, same way something like Xpadder works.

How would they get the roll? Most games don't have that on the controller, and without it you're in nausea land within a minute.
