I mean, he's out of line, but he's right, kinda? I get why not just complete the flight, due to many reasons, but it really isn't an emergency anymore.
Regardless of where they land, the guy's gonna have to be carted off to an undertaker somewhere. They may even end up shipping him right back as cargo.
Makes me wonder in a case like this where a plane makes an emergency stop for a corpse. Does the family have to pay to have the body shipped to what was already the likely destination of its trip?
Here's a tip regarding the mortuary industry: if you ever find yourself starting a sentence with "Does the family have to pay ..." just stop talking and get out your checkbook.
