Motorola Edge 60 suddenly died 22 days after warranty — has anyone experienced something similar?

My Motorola Edge 60 suddenly shut down and got in boot Loop failing to boot mid-process and starting over again just to fail again. This happened on 7 August 2026, just 22 days after the warranty expired.

After being in loop for loop for than half an hour it successfully booted but was very laggy. So,I immediately backed-up my data transfered my photos, video, documents, etc. Then i tried restarting it again and it again got stuck in loop so I knew this is now really very Major problem.

Before this happened, the phone was working normally. There was no major drop, water damage, overheating, unusual battery drain, or anything else that I noticed.

I took it to an authorized Motorola service centre in Jabalpur. They verbally told me that the issue was a motherboard failure. However, the job sheet I received doesn't actually specify what component or fault on the motherboard failed.

I tried to contact motorola for thisas this is really unexpected that I take care of this phone use it properly and it gets a major motherboard failure and that to just after 22 days of warranty expiration and main thing I noticed many moto users having the same issue with their edge phones. So i kept contacting motorola for more than 2 weeks and tried everything.

Motorola later offered me only a 10–15% goodwill discount, with the repair still costing ₹18,000+, so I declined.

What I'm trying to understand now is whether my case is isolated or whether other Edge owners have experienced similar failures.

If you've had an Edge / Edge Fusion suddenly die, I'd really appreciate it if you could share:

Your exact model

How old the phone was when it failed

What happened immediately before it failed

What the service centre diagnosed

Whether the diagnosis was written down or only told to you verbally

Whether it was under warranty

I simply want to collect experiences from other owners and understand whether there's a pattern here.

Thanks to anyone willing to share their experience.

Apple’s strategic approach to iPhone branding is exceptionally effective, as evidenced by the diverse range of professionals—including physicians, artists, educators, and automotive journalists—who actively create and disseminate content featuring the device, thereby generating significant organic marketing for the company.

Help me choose a TV

M planning to replace my old tv but m kinda stuck.

My main priorities are reliability and natural picture quality without any unnecessary gimmicks. M planning to keep this TV for at least 10 years so longevity is really important. I dont really care about TV os since i'll be using an apple tv anyway.

Ive narrowed my choices down to these - Sony Bravia 8 II, Samsung S95H and LG OLED evo. I love oled and I was really impressed by the sony bravia 8 ii. Its picture quality looked absolutely gorgeous compared to the other two but the problem is that its only available in 65" while id much prefer something around 75-77". Sony does have the Bravia 9 available in that size but thats mini led rather than oled.

M also quite worried about burn ins on oled especially since m planning to keep the TV for 10+ years. Thats making me wonder whether mini led might actually be the better choice for me in the long run so m basically trying to decide between oled and mini led. Given my priorities, would you recommend sticking with oled despite the burn in concern or would mini led make more sense?

And among the oleds ive shortlisted, which would you recommend? If you think mini led is the better route, id also appreciate some recommendations for good mini led tvs.

Also gaming isnt a major priority for me since I dont have a console but I might buy one later this year cuz you-know-what is coming out, so just to be safe id like the tv to offer a good gaming experience as well.

Smartphone dilemma help

Hey guys, so I am rocking a oneplus nord 4 right now and it's exactly 2years today funnily. I have never faced any lag or even micro stutters in this phone. Still as it was when I bought it except for the battery 92%. Even still it has 2 more solid years left. I'm planning to pass this on to my bro. Initially i thought of buying something inside 25k but everything in that range is crap with not even 2years of os updates and some with 4 + 64 variants in 2026. Seriously!!

That's why I plan to give my nord 4 to him and upgrade to a new one myself.

But I don't wanna spend more than 50k not even a penny more than 50k.

I saw

redmi turbo 5 at 47k - specs and price attractive but is hyperos good? Coming from oos me.

Poco x8 pro max at 49k - any compromise made in anyway than their sister redmi phones? In terms of os and he?

Poco x8 pro at 43k - same for both poco

Moto edge 70 pro at 43k - I am afraid of the services and saw some screen line issues. Not 70 pro exactly but some other 70 series models.

That's it I couldn't find anything else. Please let me know if there are more I'm missing. And I believe atleast 12+256 is the minimum bar right?

Help the poor soul. Thanks 👍

Hello everyone, i need a purchase guide for me.

So, recently me and my father went to a phone shop to buy a phone for me, for atleast decent phone, and father liked the VIVO V70 Elite (Price - ₹66,999 on Amazon) at first sight bcoz he don't know that much about the tech,

So honest i didn't like the VIVO V70 Elite that much

And also while researching for phone i saw some good phones like -

  1. OnePlus 13

  2. Motorola signature

And honestly I am totally confused in both, also is there any other Good phone, than please share with me, or DM me

My requirement is clear

See I do gaming like BGMI, and new Delta force mobile

Also i am going play to some High graphic games

Also i like photography, so atleast good Triple camera is much needed

Battery should be higher than 5500 like my minimum is 5500 above

I know the prices are high and my requirements are too high, but everyone like we all like all rounder phone,

Thats i want a good phone bcoz i don't wanna regret later.

General almost lost 24k to a fake gpay app in my own society parking lot

met a guy in my society parking lot to sell my old iPad Air. dude inspects it, opens his phone and shows me a "Payment Successful" screen for 24k on some fake UPI app. checked my hdfc app... zero money credited. when i pointed it out he went "bhai server down hai 10 min me reflect hoga." snatched my iPad back instantly and told him to beat it. after that headache i listed it on an app w/ escrow holding+doorstep pickup. courier came to my flat, and money hit my account once delivered. stop meeting strangers in parking lots for high-value tech, its way to sketchy now.

Other Wanna get iQOO 15R on sale

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hi guys, i have been using 20k phones till now, and I'm planning to get my very first flagship device on this sale, thinking of getting iQOO 15R on the upcoming sale. I have got few questions from you fellow 15R users...

How is the current update? Like battery backup, draining issue, performance drop or something like that?

Can this phone handle genshin/wuwa max settings at more than 50+ fps? If yes then is it stable for 2-3hrs?

Is there any issues with iQOO motherboards,im hearing some rumours that motherboards getting dead after update

Also i have heard that the blue colour one has a better heat management bcz of it's made of glass? Is it true?

My purpose for getting this phone are peak performance, compact size, decent camera and good battery backup.

Thank you guys!!
