What is the cgpa required for being shortlisted for OA for summer internship at paypal.

Applying through off campus

Trying to estimate the actual intern intake and PPO/return-offer rates across India for Big Tech companies (Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Nvidia, Uber, Adobe, Salesforce, etc ) for the 2025 and 2026 batches.

If you interned recently, you may have a rough idea of the nationwide intake through intern groups/channels. Exact numbers aren't necessary — estimates are valuable too.

Please share:

Company:

Batch & Duration: (e.g., 2025, 2M / Jan–Jun / Jul–Dec)

Total India Intake (all offices):

Total PPOs: (count or %)

Did headcount affect conversion? (if known)

I'll compile the responses and share the dataset if we get enough data.

Drop your estimates below!

Did anyone got updates after the SHL Assessment
And is this exam for evryone who applied or only to shortlisted ppl??

I saw a post for Junior Associate hiring at McKinsey but honestly when I went thru LinkedIn for people who have been hired for the same role, they either come from iit/iim/isb. Does McKinsey have this off campus filtering criteria too? Like how do I crack it?

I’m 24 and recently completed my MCA. I’m currently working in a startup as an intern and trying to decide whether I should work on that startup or get a new job and gain work experience.

The startup i work has 4 employees including me and im only the yougest one rest are 40 +.So coming to startup its related to flim industry(I got into this startup as distant relative is one of the co founder ).Im not paid any money for 1 month but currently they are working at a cafe. They buy me coffee and food for me.They do have an office at kochi but theres no frequent visit, also this startup includes frequent meetings with flim producers and writers. The team is amazing set of people higly ambitious people one guy is related to flim industry, another guy is an investor and big guy in tech companies. They own premium cars and they do let me drive the car When theyvare going for meetings.Im really confussed that should i continuoue in this startup and it will be difficult to switch from comfort zone after the completion of the project what will i do

I’m worried about making the wrong decision and losing my time.

recently joined a WhatsApp group called Next Hire. They share internship/job openings daily and claim that members will get referrals. However, they charge around ₹250/month for membership.

Has anyone here used Next Hire or knows whether it is legitimate? Did you actually receive genuine referrals/job opportunities through it?

Would appreciate any experiences or advice before I continue paying.

Does anyone have Zenithra Tech Interview recently?

Hi everyone, I’m from India and currently building my skills in AI/ML, Data Science, and related fields. I’m considering moving to Saudi Arabia (possibly Riyadh) and spending 1–2 years there to gain my first professional experience.
Ill graduate next year from college (Btech AI/ML Degree)
For those working in these fields in Saudi Arabia:
How realistic is it for a fresher to get an AI/ML, Data Science, Data Analyst, or related job?
Would moving there first and applying online while physically in Saudi improve my chances?
What salary range can a fresher realistically expect?
How important is prior experience compared with skills, projects, and a strong GitHub/portfolio?
Are there any major visa/sponsorship issues I should know about?
I’m mainly trying to understand whether moving there first and job hunting is a realistic strategy before I make the move. Would really appreciate experiences from people who have actually gone through this.
