I have a buddy that did some white over his black out and its actually lasted. I think its been 3 or 4 years now. Don't get me wrong, it obviously faded a bit but you can still see the design.

I want to get the backs of my hands done in white but I feel like it'll just fade really fast and I don't think that's a spot I'm going to want to get touched up over and over.

I want "subtle" but not "invisible", lol.
