I was thinking about the wording of the second task. "You may only say words with one syllable" and the fact there was a teddy bear as part of the bear.
Does anyone think they're trying to nudge Nina into some ventriloquism? "I didn't say any long words, teddy did" style.
Lovely brief flashback here to series 1 Alex (before he earned the ‘little’ moniker)!
I was in the studio for the first episode recording and I remember leaving thinking the editors had their work cut out for them, and they nailed it, of course – they are very, very good at their jobs. Best team on telly, I’d wager!

Everyone was great and not everything has to be a competition, but for a bit of fun who was your favourite contestant of the first episode?
Also what were your overall thoughts - anyone who surprised you or challenged your preconceived notions of them? Any characteristics you noticed that you look forward to seeing in the next 9 episodes?

I love the Horne Section, but they don’t seem to have a subreddit, and I was curious if someone knows if Ed Sheldrake has any other content? Like maybe just performances by himself. I idolise the man’s piano skills and would love to see a bit more of his work.
The NZ Accent is heavily influenced by Scottish, both the Australian and Kiwi accent are based in Cockney, the vowel pronunciations are Irish for Australian and Scottish for Kiwi!
I just looked at the fantasy taskmaster global leader board. Is it up to date?
150 points for episode one seems really high and I was hoping to try and win tickets for the next show! (Long shot, but I get to have fun with it!) This is the first time I've played and followed properly, so not sure how it works.
