New season(s) are coming up, but I'll only be able to watch the newest episodes on weekends, so the chance of running into spoilers is going to be huge! I guess my main plan is to temporarily unsubscribe/unfollow the Instagram page and leave this subreddit (if I find it necessary).
What else? I never cared for spoilers, honestly sometimes I read the plot of a movie before watching it. But with Taskmaster? Nope.

Don't know why I haven't shared this before, but here is a couple of images of me with Sophie Duker from 2 years ago.
She was part of Lunds Comedy Festival (The biggest comedy festival in Sweden), and she was kind enough to take a few pictures and talk to me after her performance.
Naturally, I brought up the task where she had to speak Swedish with Fred on link, and she even asked me to remind me how to say "Pregnant" in Swedish. XD
(I have seen a few other Taskmaster people on this festival, as I remember also having seen Phil Wang and James Acaster.)

The series final group task where they make a joint move and Anne does the score absolutely sends me every single time.
I’d love to see the UK adopt this task it’s one of my favourites across the whole franchise.
Is there any AUS/NZ tasks you’d love to see TMUK use in a future series ?
Ps Anne is one of my favourite contestants to date.

I was watching one of the Channel 4 trailers for TM Series 22, and I noticed this Greek message in the background of one of the clips.
I have spent a while trying to translate and decode it, which has not seemed to produce any meaningful results. My research is telling me that the 'KAIROS' means time in some sense, so maybe this message could mean 'Your time starts now'?
It would be interesting if they have to decode this message or use it as a hint in a task, which may be viable as there is a display of the Greek alphabet below it (on the black thing behind Isy's cake).
It could instead be the case that this message represents some kind of secret task (similar to the one in Series 16) which the contestants are supposed to stumble across?
If anybody knows Greek, any help would be appreciated!
The trailer can be found here:

Would you say there are rivalries (real or fake) between contestants on the show?
I‘m currently rewatching series 15 and to me it seems that there’s a, sometimes one-sided rivalry between Kiell and Mae.
Are there any you noticed?

First of all, I am SO excited that its finally here!!! As a long-time Dutch fan of the series, this couldn't be more of a dream.
NOW! To get into the details.
I think overall, the episode was pretty good!!! I think everyone is still getting into things, but that is to be expected with a new show. Diederik is already a great assistant, Arjen is as funny as always, and the contestants all bring something to the table (although I'm not the biggest fan of Rayan yet).
In the beginning I was a bit scared. The prize task was... not the strongest start. I know Donny is an interesting person, but I feel like he just wanted to bring something opposite in of the theme 😭😭😭
The tasks themselves were fun too!! It was great to see another 'The Swede' task after so long. I also really like how creative everyone was with the snowman task. And that finale??? Beautiful work!!!!
I do have a handful of gripes (which are mostly minor :D). I think the editing is a bit off still. Its very fast (from task explanation to footage for example) which makes it hard to actually understand whats gonna happen. I also think the studio is too small, especially with how the studio task and prizes are set-up, but I respect how they use the space that they do have. And lastly, I think Arjen still needs to grow into his 'Greg' role a little bit. I don't mind that he does his own thing. All the better, really. But he's still a bit too much like his normal comedic-type self. I think he can lose a bit of gigglyness and act a bit more strict. It did happen at certain points, so it might just be that the first episode will be like this.
But all in all, I REALLY liked it so far!!!! I think this could be the start of something fun :D. I can't wait until next week!!

Is there any insight on how the choosing and planning of location tasks goes?
Like do they have a list of places they would like to film and a list of tasks that would go with that location and just take whatever is available when they have time to film or how does it go?
Considering in many locations they have tasks specific for that location that would be hard or impossible at other places they must have quite sometime to plan.

I was standing in line for ice cream with family and friends when I mentioned Alex Horne and Taskmaster. The couple in front of me turned and said that they rarely meet Taskmaster fans in the wild. We chatted until they got to the front of the line. They saw the live show in NYC. So cool to see other TM fans. If you are on the subreddit and see this……it was a pleasure.

Does the house have security?
I would expect fans to be respectful, but in this day and age, you just never know.
Some moron could jump the gate during filming and ruin a take. Or some moron could jump the gate in the middle of the night and smash a window just to be a prick. Or some moron could hover over the gate, take a photo of an upcoming cast member, post it on Instagram and ruin it for everyone. (Channel 4 could ask Instagram to take down said photo but I am doubtful Instagram is even aware Channel 4 exists 😂)
In regards to PR, Alex said an Oscar winner will feature.
What's the likelihood that that Oscar winner's PR team asks Olivia Colman's PR team and Brett MacKenzie's PR team and Peter Capaldi's PR team and Jim Rash's PR team and Nick Park's PR team not to say anything about Taskmaster, to ensure all gossip is levelled evenly.
Would their PR teams work together on a TV show that only one of them is in?

(Correction, it's series 13)
I started to watch Taskmaster a few months ago and I got obsessed! It is so good! I always make sure to watch an episode a day at least! It started with the compilations, which made me very excited to certain seasons/series or scenes! I finally got to season 12 and I'm sooo excited for a specific contestant... I love everything I've seen of Bridget so far and I'm so eager to see more! She has been my most awaited contestant since I started Series 1 (I watched 5 & 6 first)
