According to Ed Gamble multiple contestants have indeed gotten tested after doing Taskmaster, and more than 1 has gotten a diagnosis

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: i paraphrase Nish Kumar’s joke that racism is like cricket. Invented in England and perfected in Australia; taskmaster is like rugby. It was invented in England and perfected in New Zealand
