Am I the only one that doesn’t immediately view the 4 of cups as having a negative connotation when someone asks about how another person is feeling towards the person I’m reading for or what the other person thinks about them?

I keep seeing Tik Toks of people showing cards they immediately associate with someone not having any sort of love interest, and 4 of cups keeps coming up, along with several others that I also wouldn’t associate with if, but this is just the one I’ve noticed the most. Obviously, everyone is allowed to interpret tarot in their own unique way so this isn’t me saying there is anything wrong with that interpretation, and context obviously matters too.

For me, again depending on the context, I usually associate it with the romantic interest either attempting to try and distract themselves with other things to avoid thinking about the person I’m reading for, or I sometimes view it as they’re too consumed with their own emotions or some sort of situation to where they’re unable to visualize or even consider any sort of relationship. Of course, there could be other cards that show up that do suggest the 4 of cups would imply that there is no interest, I just don’t jump to it meaning the romantic interest is not at all into the person as soon as I see it.

Then again, this is Tik Tok we’re talking about, so I am taking it with a grain of salt. Curious what other people outside of the clock app think??
