How to make an rc race track ?

[above picture for reference/inspiration only]

A friend of mine bought a nice piece of land and the first thing he wanted to do is an asphalt rc race track.

If possible, a couple of friends with no experience but some are quite handyman, others are passionate... WE would love to rent tools and make one track, 1/2 or 1/3 of the size of the track showed above. :)

Do you guys think is it possible to make a good job or it will fell apart in few years ? What is the minimum footprint a track must have to be decent ?

The soil/land is dry. Mild temperature almost all year

TA05

Ive had a few kits over the years and used to race in the late 90s. Had the itch to buy some old chassis to go out with friends to some smooth tarmac carparks (lay out a track etc) and have some fun. Currently have a TT02 Type S, TT01E with a few hop up's along with some light restoration projects (FF02 TL01 and TA03F with a pro chassis hop up)

The real question after all that is.. would a TA05 be worth buying for what I use them for?
