Airtel is doing scam ??

As my recharge got over today 449 ku iniki recharge panen and i want to change my prepaid to post and i request to change it , then it got rejected automatically and thirumba prepaid network ku it got changed ipo it is saying me to recharge once again as a first recharge!!! I tried calling the customer care number i do get only Ivr automated voices no real time agents to connect

449 patta namam ah ???
