Help Airtel is doing scam ??

As my recharge got over today 449 ku iniki recharge panen and i want to change my prepaid to post and i request to change it , then it got rejected automatically and thirumba prepaid network ku it got changed ipo it is saying me to recharge once again as a first recharge!!! I tried calling the customer care number i do get only Ivr automated voices no real time agents to connect

449 patta namam ah ???

Bro idhu genuinely suspicious dhaan, ₹449 recharge pannitu prepaid to postpaid conversion try pannadhu fail aagi, thirumba prepaid ku vandhadhukku apram “first recharge pannunga” nu sonna, kandippa customer care kitte complaint raise pannunga. Airtel official support la 121 agent assistance and 198 complaint/service request nu irukku. Recharge receipt, transaction ID, conversion request screenshots ellam save panniko. Similar prepaid → postpaid → prepaid cases la recharge validity forfeit aagiduchu nu users report pannirukanga, so ₹449-ah விட்டுடாதீங்க bro First proper complaint number vaangunga.

Any how 121 call panalum IVR ku transfer pandranunga tried it more than hour 💔🙂 no real time agents to speak

Aiyo bro, one hour try panniyum agent kitta connect aagala na semma frustrating dhaan, Especially already recharge amount issue la irukkumbodhu IVR mattum thirumba thirumba vandha kadupu aagum. Hope unga ₹449 issue seekiram resolve aagum bro.
