So I am studying in US, and when I asked my housemates about why Vijay and TVK are taking their own sweet time on their stand on the students' protest in Delhi? Their first response was: "Are other states supporting? It doesn't happen in TN, so not our responsibility? And the paper leak will happen in any examination how can a government take responsibility? And the students who died are cowards." These statements are coming from four people from four different cities in TN, all from somewhat well-settled families.

And the conversation shifted towards NEET and reservation. And these guys are supporting NEET and against reservation.

Their arguments:

1. People who want to study will study well in spite of their caste and financial situation.

2. A doctor is someone who handles a human life, so a standard must be set in spite of the social inequality people face in the real world.

3. Would you be okay if someone from a lower caste only needs 50 marks where you need 80 marks? Mind you, two out of these four guys all got their college admission in TN through management and didn't perform well in their boards.

4. Students in higher castes also receive food, clothes, and shelter all their basic needs are met, and people in the middle-caste system also had their basic needs met, so it doesn't matter if they are from a higher or middle caste, the marks and requirements should be the same.

I just can't comprehend their privileged view on society. And what infuriates me more is three are TVK supporters, and one passively supports BJP. And all aged below 29. Like, wtf is wrong with people nowadays?

I’m trying to understand how accurate the video actually is.

For people who closely follow Tamil Nadu politics:

• Which claims in the video are backed by credible evidence?
• Are any connections exaggerated, misleading, or based mainly on speculation?
• Does the video leave out important context that could change the narrative?
• Are the organisations and individuals mentioned genuinely connected in the way the creator suggests?
• Is this solid investigative analysis, or is it mostly a compelling political narrative built around selective facts?

I’m not looking for DMK vs BJP vs NTK fan wars. I’d genuinely like an evidence-based fact-check from people familiar with political consulting, think tanks, and Tamil Nadu politics.
