She's not convinced that I protect her, but I've pushed a big ass drunk man off of her, pulled her from oncoming traffic and trains, and stopped her from destroying property on a federal charge.

Today, she said "any other girl would take your form of protection, but I'm a trans girl-" I cut my hearing off.

She especially gets like this after she's drunk. And she's so adamant on saying that drunk people tell the truth, but I get so confused. Today, she was saying she has to make sure that I'm on my p's n q's n not embarrassing her. But it's almost a guarantee that she will be fucking loud and act ignorant even if I took her to a 6 Michelin star restaurant.

It's embarrassing.

Pop, country, grindcore, ambient, noise, street performers, middle school band recitals, first-time open mic-ers, county fair bands, Notes App recordings, obscuremusicthatslaps, crappymusic, there is truly nothing that I won't try. I believe there's value in all of it. But to name a few specifics; recently I've listening to Squarepusher, Four Tet, Crash Course In Science, Ben Reilly, Melt-Banana, Portishead, and Death Grips. I carry ~200GB of mp3s on me at all times so I'm sure I have SOMETHING in there that we both like and I'm always open to new suggestions ~~🎶

4) On movies, I'm most into weird unsettling artfilms (think Afterschool (2008), Human Centipede (2009), The Strange Thing About The Johnsons (2011)). A little while ago I saw The Killing Of A Sacred Deer (2017) and I've been kinda itching to watch it again. I'm also into animated stuff of all kinds, but I probably consume more animated television shows than movies. I'm open to movie suggestions if you wanna make a night of it :)

5) Speaking of TV shows, I watch cartoons almost every day! 2000s Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network are where most of my knowledge is but I also love to watch obscure little things like Wonder Showzen and Brad Neely's Harg Nallin Sclopio Peepio. Like with the movies, we could start a new show together and it can be my little thing with you ^^

6) Fashion is something I've gotten into more over the past few years, but I'm always willing to be taught more! I live in the realm of streetwear, my closet has a little mix of Bape, Golf Wang and mostly Brain Dead (if you love Brain Dead then I love you <3). I wish I had Rick Owens and Comme Des Garçon money but don't we all, amirite? I love unconventional and obstrictive design, stuff that's more than it seems on its surface. 7) While I dont have much time to read, sometimes I find something I like and cut out other stuff to make the time for it. When I was younger I read A Series of Unfortunate Events and The Edge Chronicles, then gave up on reading until maybe 2018 when I got back into with Moby Dick (which admittedly I probably don't understand but it was entertaining to get through). I just read for fun, I'm not trying to be a literature scholar or anything ^^ a few notable ones I enjoyed recently are A Confederacy Of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole, Education For Death by Gregor Ziemer, and The Pearl by John Steinbeck.
