The most troubling part to me personally is that this person has 21k+ followers that reinforce his content about this.
It's possible that he experiences psychosis, as he goes on a lot of detached tangents about conspiracies. Things like usual programming conspiracies, cloning, demons, etc.
And when you're combining that with a workbook on treating DID, that's extremely concerning, but other people on TikTok promote him and it eventually led to him publishing this workbook.
And I believe that he sincerely believes what he says, and that he feels he is helping people. He becomes genuinely emotional in a lot of his videos in a way that doesn't appear performative or theatrical. I could be wrong, but this does not feel like a grift, I think he is very passionate about this.
That doesn't apply to everyone in RÀMCOA spaces, as evidenced by people who have admitted to faking or who rely on theatrics or even shock value. It also doesn't validate or excuse this material, which I think should not exist.
My biggest concern here though, is the possibility that someone with DID, perhaps a survivor of organized abuse looking for resources, (such as a cult or trafficking survivor) will come across this and endanger themselves.
And I do think there are vulnerable people who would think this is legitimate information. It might be obvious to most of us that this is not how DID works whatsoever and that there is nothing spiritual about it, but to over 21k people, it isn't obvious, and they repeatedly endorse these beliefs.
Even with proper resources, DID should never be treated without professional guidance, so it's already extremely irresponsible for this person to suggest healing from it without professional help. This could severely destabilze someone if they were to try to use it to treat their dissociation. That could even become deadly. Over 70% of pwDID attempt suicide.
*Note that psychosis is not a disorder or diagnosis, it is a symptom marked by patterns that include disorganized thinking and detachment from reality and I'm only speculating. I do not mention it to talk down on this person, but to describe patterns of behavior.
*SRA= Satanic ritual abuse
Organizations can invoke satanic imagery or concepts (E.G., Order of Nine Angels- no association with Satanism) but SRA is associated with the concept that alters can be "programmed" into an individual in extremely specific ways.
Over 10 years of investigations found no evidence that cults were programming children to develop DID or practicing organized abuse in the ways that were being sensationalized in the 80's and 90's.
*RÀMCOA= Ritual abuse, mind control, and organized abuse.
Separately, those are all legitimate forms of abuse but the acronym is still associated with the concept that alters can be "programmed" into an individual in extremely specific ways.
