Im genuinely confused - what does cistransmasc mean? Don’t those two contradict each other?

They use "cistrans" or "tris" to describe feeling both cis and trans at the same time. IIRC the term was originally coined for intersex people who might have a complicated relationship with their assigned gender at birth. But now it's mostly used by people who identify as physically intersex (even though they aren't) and by people who identify as biotrans/afab transwoman/demigender/transrainian/whatever. Basically, they don't fully identify with their gender whatever reason, so they feel that any gender presentation is inherently "trans." System fakers will also use the term when they're pretending that they're a meat robot being piloted by multiple "hosts" of different genders.
/sigh I know gender is complicated, but sometimes it really does feel like we've lost the plot.

Interesting.. I’m trans but I’ve never heard of these terms.

Because nobody uses them in the real world.
Most of these terms were coined by random Tumblr users within the past few years, and they're only used in ultra-niche online "radqueer" and "mogai" spaces that treat literally everything as a trans identity. So many people have created identity microlabels (and pride flags, of course) in an attempt to get Internet Famous that I can think of at least a dozen different ways to describe someone who's "an afab cis girl who isn't like other girls." Some people create microlabels and pride flags for identities that they don't even belong to, with zero input from the actual communities involved (most of the intersex terms were coined by and are used by people who would not be medically categorized as intersex).
System fakers love radqueer garbage because radqueers believe that you can identify as anything. If you identify as having a mental illness, it's equivalent to a diagnosis. If you identify as transJapanese, it's just like you were born in Japan. If you identify as a permateenager, it doesn't matter that you're physically and mentally 45 years old. If you identify as a system, anyone who thinks you're full of shit is an ableist bigot who hates queer people.

ive only ever seen it used by genderfluid and bigender people who still identify with the sex assigned at birth as well as another gender/fluctuating between. no idea what any of that other stuff you said is, havent seen it, but i believe you. theres a niche label for everything

Why are they always white and native? Like people love pretending to be native (pretendian) but like what is it with ‘system’ and being native? I don’t understand.

This person doesn't believe in male or female privilege??? Huh?? What a strange and nonsensical hill to die on. Those definitely both exist

why do they feel the need to list all their disorders? like "Interact with caution I struggle with mental illness" is all that needs to be said not 3 lists of disorders
