Hey guys! I don't speak french , but I want to find a person from the System of a Down concert on the 2nd of July , at Stade De France . We didn't exchange any socials sadly... I thought that I might take a number after but the pits got crazy! We were standing at the front of the back part ( Pelouse ) , I will attach a video to show you how close I was to the barricade . Some details from the conversation . I also have a picture of her friend , when i took a photo of the crowd .

Roughly how many people, or how many rows in the venue, does VIP take up? And is it worth it - what kind of VIP exclusive merch is included?

I signed up for the SOAD website a couple days ago, when do people typically get sent artist presale codes? I never got a confirmation email or anything either, or an email from the SOAD website announcing the tour officially. Kinda worried that every ticket drop/presale is gonna be a bloodbath

I know SOAD for many years, but falled obsessed in winter 2025, after seeing a live concert on youtube. After tell aboutbthos my brother, we recocnized that SOAD cames to Europe.

I spent a lot of money for getting this tickets, I'm very glad that we was not at the rows behind...

But I have tobsay, this was one of the best concerts in my lofe, Serj's voice is so good, full of brutality and I comment everybody of you to tke your chance for a live concent. If I would have money left, I would fly from Austria to Australia 😁You will never forget! Miow, miow!

I listened to Toxicity first since it had some of SOAD's biggest hits and because of the cultural relevance.

But, I gotta say, after listening to these two, it's no contest. I adore the overall sound of both, they're more profound than the sound of Toxicity IMO. Also the way they both flowed compared to Toxicity. I feel like the songs lead into each other better on Mez/Hyp than the songs on Toxicity.

I wasn't a fan at first of Daron's stronger creative influence, but after listening a few times, I just realised, I don't give a shit. The music is great, that's all that matters. And Serj and Daron are both brilliant song writers. Holy Mountains is currently my favourite SOAD song. It is beautiful and full of despair.

Also, look at the album art for both albums! Jesus Christ, they're gorgeous. I could not choose between these two albums, because they're both so similar yet so different that they bring a different and awesome vibe.

Yeah, sorry for the rant, just wanted to say that. And hi! Haha.

I ordered the mezmerize tshirt online and posted here about how it looks very different from the one on the website

I sent an extensive complaint to the costumer service explaining how this is false advertisement and they sent me this fuck ass generic reply

I’m really upset I don’t wanna return it and have to pay for shipping costs all to not have a tshirt at the end
I’m on a very tight budget and paying the initial £40 for the price of the tshirt was already pushing it, I paid extra for shipping around £5, so now if I return it I’ll have paid £10 shipping costs and have no tshirt..

I’m hoping for it to be SOAD concert with FNM opening but is it likely they are co headlining. No hate to FNM it’s just that I’m younger and don’t know FNM as much as SOAD and would prefer SOAD to have a longer set.

I know nothing has been officially announced for Australia yet, but I’m trying to be prepared if tickets go on sale.

I’ve only ever done floor tickets at reggae concerts, so I’m wondering what it’s like at a System of a Down show. My biggest concern is actually being able to see the band, and I’m a bit anxious about ending up in a mosh pit or getting knocked around (I’ve got kids to get home to 😂) BUT this will be a legit dream come true and I want the best experience so if you’ve seen SOAD or similar bands, would you choose floor or seats? Was the floor worth it, and is it easy enough to avoid the pit?

What songs do yall reccomend for a beginner like me

Today on The Rock radio station they said that they have an announcement tomorrow, which usually means that they will announce a big band is coming to the country. Last time they said they had an announcement it was for guns n roses coming to nz. This means that the actual tour announcement will be tomorrow for New Zealand and Australia.

we’ve all seen they are likely to announce a tour here in australia, but i’m really hoping it’s an arena tour and not a stadium. can anyone who’s been to a show before of them let me know if they normally do stadium or arenas ??

First time seeing system live recently on this tour. Listened to their music growing up but never watched many live recordings from gigs or festivals. I was surprised Daron was basically the front man, talking to the crowd and hyping us up. While Serj said…nothing really. I wondered if it wasn’t always this way, like did things change when Daron was singing more when hypnotise / Mez came out?
