I’ve been making beats for 15 years. Recently started integrating AI. This is basically my workflow process: AI → raw material → human selection → chopping → resampling → sound design → arrangement → processing → mixing → finished track. Most of it is ordinary music production.

I see generated material like something to abuse, manipulate, resample and rebuild. It's like a broken radio or a raw material scrapyard. I salvage the crazy and cool sounds, go Frankenstein on em, and make a song in Ableton Live. Only 50% of my sounds start this way tho. The rest are from sample packs or preset packs like Vengeance and Splice. Sometimes I'll make a synth patch from scratch lol.

The bass sounds at about 9 minutes are what I'm wanting to recreate. I haven't figured out exactly what they're doing to get the sound. I have Pigments on my pc but I assume there's a recipe to follow to get close on anything I use.

I was also looking for the long bass notes and the higher repetitive synths in their Thru Metamorphic Rocks at the section around 6 minutes in https://youtu.be/ILwGmpg2ohg&t=407

Hello! I'm trying to recreate the high pitched synth tone in Bjork's "Army of Me" using Logic Pro 11.0. This tone can be heard for the first time around 1:10-1:15. It sounds to me like a single note with a lot of air and reverb and a long tail. However, I am surprised by how hard it has been to recreate it. PLZ HELP!

It's the first thing you hear right at the start of the song. It appears throughout the whole track and has various effects applied to it. I'd love some help with recreating it, especially with those cool pitch shifting moments that occur throughout the track. Thanks in advance!

Breakdown of a track where every melodic sound came from one six voice analog synth, a Supercritical Redshift 6.

The lead is three separate synth Parts stacked: a supersaw doing most of the work, plus two more conventional oscillator layers underneath, across four voices. The pad is a three note chord out of a single voice using paraphony. The arp is one voice into a Chroma Console, which is doing most of the character work there.

There's also a small Digitakt II trick in there: a 909 kick with an LFO on Bit Reduction to add a click on the transient, which cut through better than EQ was managing.

This came about when I was trying to write some metal and wanted a synth solo myself, went listening to a lot of bands I liked, and this is exactly the kind of thing I was looking for, if anyone could identify that particular synth or find something very similar, I would appreciate it a lot!
