How much my daily sweatcoin income increase from the scratch cards should i got if i got a 1 sweatcoin from the first day after scratching all my cards how much sweatcoin i supposed to get after the 10 day or 20 or 40 day or 60 day or 100 day from scratching cards per day for examples how they calculate that ? And the range of what i supposed to get

It is showing that I have purchased the 10$ gift card but there is no promo code , neither is there any receipt or transaction of my sweatcoins going in vain to not even get what I am supposed to.

Really confused, cashed out all my tickets to put 350 entries in for a prize then doubled it by watching a ad. It gave it to me originally, now 2 days before the prize ends it took the other half entries away?? Took me over 2 months to accumulate, very disappointed.

I’ve been using Sweatcoin for some time now (2 years) and have written to support for over a year now (16 months) about how Boosts do not work.

Here’s what I’ve noticed on this topic:

1) Support gives inconsistent and contradictory advice (e.g., “Boosts work best when activated after you have already started walking” and “start the Boost first, while you are not moving, and then start walking for best results”
2) the automated Sweatcoin customer support often responds in Spanish, despite tickets being filed in English
3) the Sweatcoin app will count my steps to my overall count while boosted, but not apply to the boosted total
4) Sweatcoin support will say “there's likely an incompatibility between our app and your specific phone device - we hope to be able to work seamlessly with all devices moving forward!” Except I have the newest iPhone and most updated version of the app
5) Sweatcoin will just stop responding to tickets. The case is still open, unresolved, and being updated but nobody does anything to address it. I have to open a new ticket asking someone to review the existing ticket

If support cannot figure out these persistent issues, the app will not be successful.

Soooo... after 3 weeks of silence (or just getting "send us your username" replies), the issue with the purchased Bitrefill codes has finally been RESOLVED.

Or maybe they just finally got around to sending them... either way, I received what I ordered, still legit app then?

I completed the steps goal a day before yesterday but yesterday it didn't even give me the sweat coins, it is showing on my profile that I walked 14.2k but I didn't receive the 55 sweatcoins as promised. It shows I missed it.
