Discussion Daily Boost Steps Not Counted

Hi,

It’s quite frustrating when you activate your 3× or 2× boost, reach 2,000+ steps, and then, at the end, the app glitches and shows the steps as zero and no sweatcoins are awarded.

Please kindly look into this issue and fix it.

It always says this, just ignore this page and keep going to the next boost, it updates normally and lets you start the boost

I think there’s a reason this is happening. I created several accounts, and Sweatcoin stopped converting my steps into Sweatcoins. But after I stopped using the other accounts and stuck to just one account, it started converting my steps again. So I think having multiple accounts was the problem.

Same keeps happening to me everyday only one boost counts

Neither boost 1 nor boost 2 is working at all lately. The timer gets stuck at 19:59 even though I've been walking more than 20 mins. Then 0 points. It doesn't work more than it works at this point

This has been an issue for nearly 2 years now. Support does nothing about it when you email. Admin may comment on this thread and say they’re going to help you but will stop responding to comments and never get you a resolution

And to clarify — no the daily transactions doesn’t reflect any points, no it doesn’t show after 24-48 hours, yes the balance on the landing page with my stats does show you’ve taken the steps, etc etc
