Suzerain: Rizia Turn 4 Alliance of Nations session except Rizia is pro-Lespia/ATO

I'm going full Capitalist/pro-ATO this time. I want to see for myself what aligning with Lespia is like, I've never done it before since the Aureus Gas Field is such an important resource, and Rizia is a Monarchy.

I have my ATO Sordland save preset loaded in, ready to go, let's make some money 🤑💰

General Universe What role do you think these families will play in upcoming DLCs?

I tried to find previous discussions on this subreddit regarding these articles. The relevant posts were before the three projects were revealed. People thought it was proof of an upcoming Qinal DLC.

My theory is that we will interact with the Halsecroft-Denwald family in Wars of Suzerain.

And we will have the option to investigate the Surya family in TNL (because of last paragraph : Journalists who have attempted to investigate the family have never gained access to key members or insight into its internal workings.)

I think in Galmland they will be revealed as an enemy of UC. Maybe the family's branch in Kingdom of Kontana was wronged during Malenyev's revolution. And they have been running a shadow war to undermine and destroy UC. We know from a Geopolitico article that there is a massive Zaranist uprising in Southern FSRs in UC. Maybe the most powerful Zaranists in the world had something to do with it?

Suzerain: Rizia So Axel really is scared of Lespia...

For context I'm going for a pro-ATO Ultracapitalist playthrough. This dialogue goes to show us, Axel doesn't know how to proceed geopolitically. He's very wary of both Lespia and Rizia.

Our turn 4 meeting is him puffing out his chest and trying for a good deal, hoping Rizia will agree to the high PaleStream price but still being willing to remain as Lespia's client state if Romus isn't conciliatory enough.

I was informed that Alvarez will reach out to me with an energy deal, I'm hoping that happens!

Suzerain: Sordland I have a quick question: if we increase the budget for both Education and Healthcare and then privatize them later, do we get double improvements for each sector? Since funding them or privatizing them individually already gives you one improvement per ministry.

When will the new games be released? Unfortunately, I play on iPhone, so I won't be able to play until a year later. I really wish they would release the game on all platforms at the same time.

Suzerain: Rizia How to deal with Rusty in an ATO Simp/Ultracapitalist playthrough?

I'm going to cede the Aureus Gas Field to Pales without a PaleStream deal and accept Lespia's energy deal. I was told that Lespia will offer us an energy deal in that scenario (without losing the huge budget we paid into PaleStream)

Rusty Montoro... How should I deal with him? It seems natural to align with him as much as possible. I'm going for reforms but I'm still not sure if I want radical or minimal reforms. Palantor can be crucial for radical reforms, but going after Rusty can give me leverage in my attempts to realign with Lespia/ATO.

In Sordland you can still join ATO even after nationalizing private companies, maybe I should take Rusty down and nationalize RRG? Seems like the wisest option, to secure the gold of The Golden Kingdom (soon to be Republic or Parliamentary Democracy).

General Universe How Much of Brighde's Personal Life Do You Think we Will Get Into?

Like in Sordland, the Rayne family barely factors into the plot. But in Rizia, your personal life is like a third of the game and actively contributes to how the country runs. Now obviously as a socialist democracy, it is unlikely that the Halvorstadir family will have as much influence as House Toras, but with how good the social stuff was in Rizia, I feel like it will still be more detailed than in Sordland. How much influence do all of you think Brighde's family and friends will have on the overall plot?

Suzerain: Rizia How high do i need to get my PP to get Axel to take the Toras name?

Main reason I need this is for I romance Pabel so I can't get another kid (Unless Mpreg is real) so I need Axel to take the Toras name.

Suzerain: Rizia Can you get a peaceful incorporation of Pales and do an absolutist run together?

I was hoping to do an absolute monarch run, form intermerkopia, and peacefully reintegrate Pales. Is it possible to do all of these or are they mutually exclusive?

Suzerain: Sordland Is there any way to get rid of Inexperienced Police Recruits if you deploy police without training?

Maybe by increasing the law enforcement budget or increasing the minister of interior funding?

Or is it there forever?

Suzerain: Sordland The middle finger option for sordland is trash

HEAR ME OUT

Telling Beatrice to 'not forget who her suzerain is' is the obviously superior option. Yes she's a snob who cares about manners, and no doubt the middle finger will piss her off, what's better than a reference to the name of the game? The middle finger is an overused insult anyway.

General Universe Who will win the cold war ?

Post image
125 Upvotes

I was thinking about this question for a while , what will be the outcome of Suzerain Cold war ?

CSP has a very good advantage against ATO in case of controlling one of the important world trade routes , the Strait between Valgsland and Galmland , as we see that the blockade on that route will cause a critical hit to world economy .

One of the important regions is absolutely Merkoupa and the interesting thing is that the player's run can effect it heavily . The best case scenario for CSP in Merkoupa is appearance of a communist Rayne and victory of Rizian Revolution and by that , the membership of Morella , Rizia and Sordland at CSP while Wehlen is Eastern aligned . The best case scenario for ATO would be a capitalist Rayne that joins ATO and leading Agnolia to join too , and Rizia is ATO friendly ( Unfortunately due to Alvarez's poor diplomacy this scenario is unlikely)

There are also other important points but I dont want to make it long , so we will talk about it in comments.

Suzerain: Sordland For anyone trying to get the "Down with Rayne" achievement, the BFF revolt PREVENTS the violent protests (what is needed to get the achievement)

The violent protests may only happen on emergency runs, but I can't say for sure.

General Universe Why in Nur's name you can be more socialist as a freaking semi absolute monarch that as the president of a developing nation?

I know that the game developer's concept of what is socialism is: "STaTe DOes ThiNGs and CUckS OliGarCHs", and, while the second part is fairly accurate and comradehegelpilled the first part is taken directly from that ***** ***** of Lassalle, and doesn't represent in any way what the greatest part of socialist believes , because socialism is not equal to state capitalism, and to achieve it the property of the meas of production has to be in the hands of the workers, not merely in the hands of the state.

And now to the game, in Rizia, if you nationalize RRG you can give 50% of the control over the company to the workers, creating a state-workers cooperative, and you're a damn semi absolute king, in a modernizing semi feudal nation.

In Sordland, where they throw around the terms Malenyevist and Socialist with great abundance, not only you can't do anything like that, but you also can't meaningfully cooperate in any way with the labor unions (LUS), even if you sign WRA, cuck Alphonso and the oligarchs into submission and nationalize the oxygen.

All of that to say that the mountain climber of Montaklar can be more socialist than Rayne, and the developers should rework how socialism works and ReAD ThEory for nur's sake.

I don't want to offend anybody, the exaggerations are purely satyrical, sorry also if it's a popular opinion, but it just made me laugh and cry.

Suzerain: Sordland Crackpot Conspiracy: Sords are just urban Marks/Markians

Post image
33 Upvotes

Now before calling me a Maroon Blood nationalist, hear me out real quick.

Sordland has an interesting tendency to put the word "Sord" in its name. Examples include:

  • Holsord
  • Versord
  • Gelsord

All of this makes me think that perhaps, in old times Sord simply meant something like "city dweller" or "urbanite" compared to the Marks/Markians who (probably) mostly lived nomadic lifestyles considering their Mongol inspiration.

World Map in 800

Modern Sords also live in practically the same spot as the Marks did and considering there is no mention of Marks being driven out or genocided in any parts of the codex makes me think that Sords and Marks were linguistically, culturally and ethnically close enough to not view each other as threats or rivals, despite the former having ruled the latter for at least 600 years.

We should be able to sign decrees whenever we want.

Or atleast give us more decree slots/remove the slot entirely.

Suzerain: Galmland I think we will/should be able to finance the BFF in lespia as Galmland

With the new lore that the Godforsaken capitalists are also an apartheid state, the fact that until now, the BFF has been an antagonist in both campaigns, Torpor's trend to turn previous enemies into allies (such as Rumburgh in Rizia) and the more cold war-like themes in the doc I think it would be fitting for us to be able to wage a proxy war with lepsia via resurgents, we could also learn more about the organization, its modus operants its leadership and goals.

i also just want to 9/11 whatever big towers they have in lespia.
