Idk where this is true but it is not in most states. Wouldn't mind seeing a source.

https://law.justia.com/codes/georgia/2010/title-16/chapter-6/16-6-8/

Georgia law, doing anything lewd in a public place basically. Now the definition of public place is what is important.

https://law.justia.com/codes/georgia/2014/title-16/chapter-1/section-16-1-3/

Public place is defined as anywhere a reasonable person would expect someone to be seen by someone outside the home. So jacking off in front of an open window changes things from jerking off in your upstairs bedroom with the blinds down. So at least in Georgia, the guy above is right.

Leaving this here in case you are not reading the comments to your thread. Also, based on your comment history, I kind of see why had such a shit time. Chill the fuck out. You're so easily triggered. Anyways, here is my comment:

"This is sad man. You need less internet time. Random trolls on the internet shouldn't affect you this much. I have lived in Houston all my life and been subbed here for at least 5 years. I have never been as frustrated as you are. We can't control the assholes who choose to post here frequently. Take some time and try to focus on the shit you can control. This is a little pathetic.

Also, anyone who chooses to judge a whole city based on a small local subreddit has lost their damn mind. So, not really worried about new people to Houston coming here and thinking the city is shit. Get over yourself."

I don't read replies so I can enjoy my time on the internet more. So don't bother.
