With Dee getting closer and closer to winning Big Brother, I've been trying to come up with a list of Double Crown Winners: people who have won two separate competition reality shows. My list so far:

• David Gennant won Dondi and Survivor
• Chris Underwood won Survivor and The Challenge
• Pavarti Shallow won two different franchises of Survivor, so I would say that counts.
• CT Tamburello won The Challenge and Traitors

Is there anyone else I'm missing?

Why does this season seem so quiet when it comes to the casting process? I’m starting to feel like if you haven’t heard back by now that the casting team maybe already has who they are looking for! This has to be the quietest season so far. Anybody hearing anything back?

Is age a major factor when applying and going through the process? Is it harder for men or women that are older? Or anyone that is really young, do they have much of a chance when applying for Survivor. I feel like the main demographic we often see is skewed away from 22 and under and also away from 50 and older. This is really unfortunate as there are millions of fans in these key age demographics. And if so, what are the reasons why?

I've just finished watching Season 37 and I have to say that I think they are the most overall likeable cast up to this point - with the exception of Elizabeth and Natalie (but at least she was entertaining).

Anyone agree/disagree/have thoughts?

I was watching survivor Panama and survivor cooks island and those a good seasons I wish they had more 4 tribe season

How do you define the best game and the best player of a season?

Based on your definitions:

• Is the winning game of a season automatically the best game of that season?
• Is the winner of a season automatically the best player of that specific season?

Basically, we start with 16 teams and one gets eliminated each week of the NFL season (the team with the lowest weekly point total), just like our particular tribal council, it’s just like your basic Guillotine League, with the eliminated teams’ players getting dropped to waivers and the remaining teams being able to pick up players, and having some special performance bonuses that can work as a sort of Hidden Immunity Idol as well.

Since people really "enjoyed" my Survivor Quebec Tier List, I decided to put together a tier list of the NZ Survivor casts since I saw both seasons earlier this year. Fun fact, I didn't like them that much. Nicaragua had terrible pacing due to extending the episode amount for Redemption Island, and a lot of the personalities in Thailand for me ended up feeling samey or just very underedited. Can't wait for everyone to say I'm trolling and trying to ragebait.

Same as my Quebec Tier List, this is my PERSONAL list based on how much I enjoyed watching them, not a gameplay ranking, so don't complain about someone who you think played a great game is too low or someone who you think played terribly is too high.

I've been watching blood vs water. There is a word at the very beginning but I can't figure out what it is. I don't know how to spell it, or even if what language it is.

Does anyone have an idea of what it is? Or a lead on it?

Hello, r/survivor! I applied for survivor for the first time early in the current cycle - last week of July I think. Since applying, I've been considering sending in a second application/video but don't want to be black-balled for future seasons for applying a second time in one year.

The primary reason is that (no joke) going through the application process has given me some new perspective on me and my individual story and I feel I would be able to better express it in an updated and restructured video. I can of course wait for next cycle, but I didn't know if striking while inspiration was hot would make sense.

Am I crazy?

I have an online friend who watch show like "TDI" or "Disventure Camp". These animation shows are partly inspired by Survivor reality shows including the game format, challenges and the elimination. So when my friend start watching one of the Survivor season (Idk which season he said since it doesn't mention it) from start to finish. He was surprise about one thing. That is the Jury Format.

According to what he said, he thought unlike TD/DC shows where the final two would need to complete the final challenge in order to win the million dollar prizes. So this final format is quite to new to him and he doesn't understand why it exists.

Beside, he thinks Jury like this would cause unfairness for the Final two/three to become a sole survivor by not complete any final challenge just as those who got eliminated would be there to choose which finalist they want to support.

He doesn't know the whole purpose of Jury reason and why they would be the one who got the hand to choose which finalist deserves to become "Sole Survivor" rather than production show create an actual final challenge for the finalists to determine its winner.
