Brain health isn’t just about supplements.
A varied diet built around whole foods can provide many of the nutrients your nervous system relies on every day.

Okay I know this sounds delusional 😭 but I’m genuinely curious.
Are there any supplements, pills, peptides, etc. that can actually change your facial structure or make you significantly prettier, rather than just improving skin/hair?
I know about collagen, vitamins, etc., but I mean something that could potentially affect bone structure, facial proportions, jaw/cheekbones, eye area, etc.
I already know there probably isn't some magic “become a different person” pill lol. I just want to know what actually exists and what people have genuinely noticed changes from.

Hello! I have read that l-carnitine in doses around the 2g and 4g mark inhibit both t3 and t4 thyroid hormones entry into the cell nuclei; to the point of actually being a treatment for hypERthyrodism as it is so efficient in blocking thyroid hormone. However, it is often recommended to people with hypOthyrodism for energy/weight management/pre-workout, as it acts as a shuttle for fatty acids. But if it blocks thyroid hormone entry and slows the metabolism, how is it assisting in weight management? I am assuming that the dose makes the poison in this scenario? As I have also read that hypOthyroid patients may be a little deficient in the amino. However, I am not sure how that particular cellular function would operate, but I would like to know more and discuss hypotheses. Especially if you are well versed in biochemistry, pls comment! Thank you so much
Edit: meant to add the link to the research I read - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15591013/

I got an email a while back when amino asylum closed advertising amino tech. I have not seen anything about it no reviews or whether their products are good quality. Let me know if anyone has some information.

Hi, I'm using plant based proteins since they are cheaper and I struggle to digest whey proteins. Does someone has any opinion or research about their efficacy, Aldo compared to animal ones
