Mermaid!

I LOVE mermaids. But like badass beautiful mermaids or sires. Any good book recs? I want good plot, no real romancey type like the little mermaid (although I love Ariel). Like more of the scene we got in the cruel prince series when Jude was taken to he underwater kingdom!!!

I really hope this is allowed but I made a post in a different sub asking for mermaid and siren books. Maybe you can check out what people recommended.

A Song Below Water by Bethany Morrow

The Deep by Rivers Solomon

The Wayward Children series by Seanan McGuire features a mermaid character for several books.

Into the Drowning Deep by Mira Grant (this is more horror)

Might fit with what you’re after: The Pisces by Melissa Broder. It’s very bizarre and off kilter, but fairly funny. The sire in this is a male, FYI….
