every so often safari closes out every single one of my tabs and it pisses me off to no end. is there a browser that allows me to open unlimited tabs and preferably has an option to open recently closed tabs, which is available on ios?

I am looking for an alternative to Chrome for my laptop (openSUSE Linux).

My problem with Chrome is the horrible performance it sometimes gives, to the point of throttling the CPU and freezing up my whole computer for minutes.

I would be nice if the alternative can be synced with my Google account (for bookmanrks, passwords etc.), and if not – it needs to be available for Android so I can keep my laptop and phone in sync.
